You'll implement equipment inspection and monitoring programs, define maintenance best practices, and continuously evaluate operations to enhance effectiveness and maximize performance. Your responsibilities include supervising engineers and maintenance staff, managing contractor activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining all infrastructure documentation.
