As a Laboratory Assistant, you’ll gain hands-on experience, work alongside skilled professionals, and take your first step toward a rewarding, purpose-driven career in diagnostic services. Pay: $19/hour commensurate with experience and education *This position is eligible for night differential pay (10%)* Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday 10:30pm - 7am Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision with In-Network provide basic troubleshooting as needed. Ensure Quality: Participate in proficiency testing and quality assurance initiatives. Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate documentation, answer phones professionally, and ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines. Safety First: Follow established safety and infection control protocols. Adapt and Grow: Take on new duties as operational needs evolve and gain valuable experience for future advancement. Reliability: Maintain consistent, punctual, and reliable attendance to ensure continuity of operations and support for our team and patients.
