Responsible for the batch production of quality product in a safe, efficient, and timely manner, while adhering to all procedures, environmental policies, and regulations. Maintains training certifications to effectively operate the production process. Responsible for operating and maintaining the facility and equipment in specified, safe working order. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Safely handle hazardous materials, including flammable, corrosive, and toxic substances. * Operate forklifts with caution to avoid accidents like drum punctures, load tipping, or pedestrian injury. * Package finished goods and intermediates into drums, totes, or pails accurately. * Load and unload drums and containers from truck trailers efficiently and safely. * Perform equipment-related tasks such as cleaning filters, connecting/moving hoses, and operating pumps/meters. * Execute batch recipes per procedure while meeting production schedules and cycle time targets. * Maintain accurate batch records and document deviations/downtime in the Reactor Accountability Databas
