What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalency, 1+ years hands-on chemical testing or Associate's degree
Nice to Have
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in STEM, Experience in wet chemistry lab, Experience performing electrochemical analyses, Experience performing PCB fabrication quality analyses, Familiarity with PCB failure modes, Experience working with LIMS software, Experience handling hazardous chemicals
What You'll Do.
Perform chemical analysis
Develop test procedures
Document test procedures
Recommend improvements to lab processes
Provide feedback on failure modes
Support engineering to drive root cause
Execute start-up procedures
Execute shutdown procedures
Track schedule for preventive maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance
Perform calibration of equipment
Perform calibration of instruments
Perform first level troubleshooting
Provide feedback to maintenance
Work with maintenance teams
Work with engineering teams
Ensure lab equipment is maintained
Ensure lab equipment is calibrated
Clean chemical processing equipment
Maintain inventory of consumables
Ensure safety when handle chemicals
Read technical documents
Interpret technical documents
