**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Planning, implementation and evaluation of development projects for lubricant systems * Examination of customer and competitor samples * Close coordination with our production departments to increase efficiency and improve our processes * Supporting product developments until they are ready for series production * Cooperative collaboration with our customers, suppliers and sister companies * Maintenance of development documentation * Supporting the quality control department # Qualifications: * Successfully completed studies in chemistry (Bachelor, Master) or training as a chemical technician or industrial foreman in chemistry * Enthusiasm for innovation * Relevant professional experience in a comparable position in an industrial company * High degree of initiative and motivation * Willingness to take personal responsibility * Fluent written and spoken English * Ability to work in a team * Openness and loyalty ‎ ‎ The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
