Must Have

1-3+ years industry experience in Culinary Leadership, Proven ability to develop, coach and inspire team, Proactively recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent, Exposure to PNL management, Budgeting and forecasting, High attention to detail, Integrity to product quality assurance, Desire to support opening new restaurants, Food Safe Certification, Health & Safety Certification
