Available Roles We are currently recruiting for the following chef positions on a Full-Time basis. * Chef de Partie * Commis Chef About the Roles Depending on your level and experience, you will: * Deliver high-quality food in line with brand and menu standards * Support daily kitchen operations, including preparation, service, and presentation * Work collaboratively within a professional and supportive kitchen team * Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness * Contribute to a positive, efficient, and guest-focused kitchen culture ## Qualifications About You * Relevant trade qualifications (or working towards for Commis roles) * Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or high-volume kitchen environment (preferred) * A strong work ethic
