What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5 years of experience in FP&A finance or accounting, Hands-on finance experience in preparing budgets, forecast and managing financials, Decision support experience in different aspects of financial management including financial planning and analyses, forecasting, and management reporting and analytics, Proficiency in English and French, Microsoft Office capabilities, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Nice to Have
CPA designation, Working knowledge of SAP, Hyperion Financial Management, OneStream and/ or Power BI

Zoetis Canada est à la recherche d'un.e **Chef.fe FP &A **chargé de la préparation et de la supervision des activités de budgétisation, de prévision, d'analyse et de rapport de gestion. Le poste travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le directeur des Finances Canada et agira comme partenaire d’affaires clé auprès des leaders commerciaux, en fournissant du soutien à la prise de décision et en traduisant les stratégies d’affaires en plans financiers. Ce poste est basé à **Montréal (Québec).** Une présence régulière au bureau principal est requise. Les autres responsabilités comprennent : * Élaboration du budget ascendant et prévisionnel * Préparation des rapports de gestion standard, des rapports ad hoc et d'indicateurs de performance clés * Identification des moteurs commerciaux qui soutiennent la prise de décision commerciale pour la budgétisation, la planification, les prévisions et les rapports de gestion * Examiner les modèles financiers pour trouver des solutions pour gérer la budgétisation et les prévisions * Apporter une aide à la décision aux leaders commerciaux sur des marchés définis * Une collaboration étroite avec les Services financiers partagés lors de la clôture mensuelle des comptes (revue de la marg
