Coordinate various stakeholders: business
Lead user workshops and ensure change management
Monitor project progress (planning
Prepare and lead project committees and steering committees
Define and implement business performance indicators (KPIs) related to the project
Contribute to the digitalization strategy of business processes
by proposing optimization or automation levers
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
interface between business departments and IT teams (MOE); coordinate various stakeholders: business, MOE, AMOA, testers; lead user workshops; transverse animation in an agile context; cohesion and team spirit
