Must Have
Bac+2/3 minimum, ideally in technical field (process, electricity, instrumentation or mechanics), Significant experience in industrial project management, 3 years of experience on an industrial site, Strong aptitude for field work and technical environments, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Strong sensitivity to safety, security, and reliability issues, Rigor and method, Resilience and perseverance in project management

What You'll Do.
Pilot projects related to ALSG facilities and technical means provided to the client
and start-up reliability objectives
and professionalize project management methodology
Pilot external engineering services
Propose and validate technical solutions
Establish budgets and request financing
Perform risk analyses
Pilot site execution with all stakeholders
Ensure project reporting in Group tools
Commission and accept projects with various stakeholders
Capitalize on experiences
Ensure documentary update of modifications and their impact on maintenance
Pilot multi-year preventive maintenance actions
Structure operational procedures
Consult external companies
Capitalize on feedback to improve installation performance
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work in close collaboration with the industrial directorate teams of the SWE cluster; Pilot site execution with all stakeholders; Commission and accept projects with various stakeholders, external companies, and clients
