Must Have

2–3 years experience in a similar role, knowledge of pastry techniques, knowledge of baking, knowledge of dessert plating, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Creativity, attention to detail, Team player, good communication skills, Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays, Excellent communication, organization reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language, good administration and computer skill (Excel, Word), current work authorization in Indonesia

What You'll Do.

Supervise and coordinate preparation of pastry food items

Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment

Supervise and coordinate pastry employee activities

Plan production for pastry department

Maintain B. E. O. paperwork

Order supplies and product needed

Ensure correct recipe distribution

Train staff using proper methods

Ensure training and execution of proper usage

maintenance and cleaning of all pastry equipment

Ensure requisitioning of supplies and equipment

Participate in production of all items

Manage any activity in absence of Executive Pastry Chef and Sous Chef Pastry

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work closely with the Pastry Sous Chef and Executive Pastry Chef; Supervise and coordinate the activities of the pastry employee/s; Keep fellow employees motivated by creating a positive work environment; Ensure the correct and approved recipe are distributed to the fellow employees; Train the staff using the proper methods of production; Ensure the training and execution of proper usage, maintenance and cleaning of all pastry equipment; Accept full responsibility for managing any activity in the absence of the Executive Pastry Chef and Sous Chef Pastry

Communication Scope

Excellent communication; organization reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language; good communication skills
