Must Have
2–3 years experience in similar role, Knowledge of artisan bread, pastry, bakery production, Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP), Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English, Ability to work flexible schedules, Current work authorization in Indonesia

Culinary diploma or professional culinary training preferred

Prepare food items according to guest orders
Complete mis en place and set-up station
Ensure consistency in quality
Supervise and support Commis Chefs and kitchen trainees
and sanitation standards
Monitor inventory and minimize product waste
Collaborate with Pastry Chef on menu development
Ensure equipment is properly maintained and cleaned
Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers
