Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It As our new Chef de Partie, you’ll take charge of your own corner of the kitchen and turn it into a place where great food happens every day. You’ll prep, cook and plate dishes that make our guests smile, keeping flavours sharp and presentations clean. You’ll work side by side with a tight-knit crew of chefs who love good food, good energy and good teamwork. Your section will be your playground, and you’ll keep it running like a dream from mise-en-place to the last ticket. What You’ll Do Run your own kitchen section during prep and service Cook and plate dishes that match our standards in taste, temperature and presentation Prep daily mise-en-place and keep your station spotless and organized Support and guide Commis Chefs and Kitchen Porters during service Communicate with the team to keep service smooth and steady Manage stock in your section, rotate products and cut down waste Follow food safety routines and complete hygiene checks Bring your A-game for special events, menus and seasonal updates What You’ll Have You have experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for the next step You bring confidence running your own section during busy services You have a love for fresh, seasonal cooking and delivering quality at pa
