The day to day: * Perform delegated tasks from the Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine, and/or General Manager * Day-to-day food preparation of the restaurant according to O&B standards * Cook and plate dishes with precision, consistency, and attention to detail, maintaining high standards during every service * Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaura
