Deliver exceptional dining experiences
Prepare food before service
Set up kitchen stations
Stock kitchen stations
Plate food to company standards
Ensure food quality is highest
Ensure mis en place is completed
Maintain professional attitude
Ensure health and safety regulations are met
Attend meetings with teams
Learn service changes
Participate in daily tastings
Support junior team members
Assist in preparation of team meals
Demonstrate proactive attitude
Support deep cleaning of kitchen
