What's the Role We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to support menu production and daily kitchen operations within a premium corporate dining environment. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will take ownership of your section, ensuring the consistent preparation and delivery of high-quality meals while supporting junior team members and maintaining kitchen standards. Key Responsibilities * Prepare and cook food in line with menu specifications. * Manage and oversee your designated kitchen section. * Support menu production and daily service requirements. * Assist with stock control and ordering. * Maintain food safety and hygiene standards. * Support and mentor junior kitchen staff. About You * Certificate III in Commercial Cookery. * Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role. * Strong food preparation and cooking skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent organisational and time management skills. * Full unrestricted working rights within Australia.
