What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen, 3+ years’ experience in a kitchen environment, Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary school, knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations, Excellent organizational and time management skills, Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, Ability to work collaboratively within a team, communicate effectively with colleagues, The capability to work safely, efficiently, and neatly, Flexibility to work various shifts, Passion for culinary excellence, keen eye for detail

Nice to Have

preferably in airline catering or large-scale food production

What You'll Do.

Assist in implementing cost control measures

Delegate responsibilities to helpers
