Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen, preferably in airline catering or large-scale food production., 3+ years’ experience in a kitchen environment, Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary school., knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations., Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines., Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues., The capability to work safely, efficiently, and neatly, Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required., Passion for culinary excellence and a keen eye for detail.
