This position is responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations, managing inventory, optimizing food and labour costs, and ensuring a consistently exceptional guest experience that aligns with company values. The Chef de Cuisine works closely with the front-of-house team to maintain seamless service and is an active participant in strategic decision-making with the executive team. **We Love Perks!
