What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 5 years’ as a building site team leader and/or assistant foreman, Minimum 8 years in the realization of Gros Œuvre construction sites

What You'll Do.
Define constructive choices and operating procedures for the building site
Ensure optimized use of resources to meet objectives in terms of cost
and environmental and safety rules
communicate and monitor the roadmap for team leaders
Lead and coordinate production teams
Provide work station training for all production personnel
Provide training on work station safety
Check that necessary driving/operating authorizations are obtained
Make sure that work and personal protective equipment is available
and ensure compliance with this equipment
Ensure that any person who has breached these obligations is removed from the building site
Signal any breach and suggest appropriate sanctions
Manage the welcoming of production personnel and their time entries
Manage stocks and orders of equipment and materials
Manage inter-company and supplier relations for the building site
Perform and have performed regular checks on construction in terms of quality and conformity
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
In collaboration with your superiors and the engineering consultants, define the constructive choices and operating procedures; Lead and coordinate the production teams with support from the team leaders; Manage inter-company and supplier relations for the building site (co-activity, loaned cranes, delivery times, storage, etc.)
