Must Have
University degree in computer science, software engineering or equivalent experience, Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in development, with a strong focus on data integration (ETL) or databases, Advanced SQL mastery (stored procedures, query optimization, complex data analysis), Solid knowledge of C# and the .NET environment, Deep understanding of relational databases, Bilingualism (French and English) required, both oral and written

Experience in team management, project coordination, or technical mentoring

Act as a technical mentor to junior and intermediate developers
Participate in recruitment and conduct performance evaluations
Supervise the architecture of migration scripts and ETL engines
Handle the analysis and execution of complex or critical data migrations
Implement and enforce quality standards
Identify and implement automation opportunities
