Must Have
Senior Tester (or equivalent) with LQA experience, Advanced skills with MS Excel / Google Sheets, Experience with JIRA, TTP, DevTrack, and SpiraTest, Understanding of Localisation QA and Certification testing processes, Understanding of software submission requirements and processes, Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Nice to Have
3+ years of Video Game industry experience, Computer Science or Translation degree or diploma
What You'll Do.
Lead testing of assigned projects
Manage test teams daily activities
Monitor and maintain bug databases
Create and maintain test plans
Execute test strategy
Perform pre-test preparations
Perform project briefings
Complete testing reports
Modify QA workflow tools
Assign Testers and Senior Testers
Brief and manage test teams
Communicate department software/hardware requirements
Communicate progress status
Mentor and support staff
Create performance reviews
Conduct Tester or Senior Tester duties

Work with clients; Coordinate with Project Manager; Participate in project meetings; Provide clear directions to teams; Relay client instructions; Work towards positive atmosphere; Support all staff; Collaborate in department initiatives
