What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8 to 10 years of experience in accounting and finance, Confirmed experience as Chief Accountant or Accounting Manager, Significant managerial experience required, Bac +4/5 in Accounting, Finance, Management Control or Audit
Nice to Have
Chartered Accountant diploma or equivalent appreciated
What You'll Do.
Supervise general accounting
Ensure correct accounting of financial operations
Control bank reconciliations and cash operations
Justify and track balance sheet accounts
Track fixed assets and depreciation
Control provisions and closing entries
Ensure quality and reliability of accounting data
Organize and supervise monthly
Produce financial statements within deadlines
Prepare balance sheets
Develop financial reports for management
Analyze variances and propose corrective actions
Participate in budget and forecast development
Supervise all tax and social security declarations
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
Manage relations with tax authorities and social bodies
Prepare and coordinate tax audits and external audits
Ensure accounting practices comply with standards
Supervise cash flow forecasts
Control receipts and disbursements

Optimize working capital requirements
Ensure payment procedures are followed
and develop the accounting and financial
Distribute tasks and set priorities
Control the quality of work performed by staff
Train and support team members
Conduct performance evaluations and define development plans
