What You'll Do.
Support daily prep list completion
Prepare menu items to high standard
Support recipe development and costings
Benchmark local trends for menu development
Maintain good relationships with customers
Ensure quality standards maintained
Adhere to portion control
Monitor and log HACCP information
Ensure compliance with company procedures
Ensure agreed stock levels maintained
Support compiling orders
Check delivery of orders
Support kitchen team in other duties
Ensure kitchens kept to highest cleanliness standards
