Must Have
Relevant Certificate III in Cookery, previous experience in a similar role, Knowledge of Modern Australian Cuisine, Understanding of HACCP, Workplace Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements, Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic team environment, Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends, Ability to coach and motivate less experienced kitchen team members, Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
