Certificate III in Cookery, Previous experience in similar role, Knowledge of Modern Australian Cuisine, Understanding of HACCP, Understanding of Workplace Health and Safety (OH&S) requirements, Ability to work under pressure, Flexibility to work across shifts, Ability to coach team members, Self-motivated, Able to work with minimal supervision, Excellent interpersonal skills, Excellent communication skills
