Oaks Broome Hotel are looking for a passionate and motivated Chef to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of the kitchen, assisting with the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, and helping deliver an exceptional dining experience for guests. Key Responsibilities Include: * Assist with the preparation and presentation of dishes across all sections of the kitchen. * Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service and smooth operations. * Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. * Take initiative to develop culinary skills and grow within a professional kitchen environment. * Support less experienced team members when required.
