To thrive in our fast-paced bistro, you must hold a Certificate III (or equivalent) in Commercial Cookery and have previous experience handling high-volume service without breaking a sweat. We require a reliable professional with excellent availability to work a flexible roster across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
