What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Previous experience working as a Chef or Cook, Knowledge of safe food handling and allergy management, Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain), Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card) or willingness to obtain), organisational and time management skills, A genuine passion for creating healthy meals for children, Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have
preferably in childcare, education, aged care, or hospitality

Prepare and cook healthy
balanced meals and snacks for children daily
Plan menus in line with nutritional guidelines and seasonal availability
Maintain high standards of cleanliness
Ensure compliance with Food Safety Standards and Busy Bees policies
and dietary requirements

Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and educators; Build positive relationships with children, families, and the wider team
