Clean and sanitize all equipment
Clean and sanitize all rooms
Learn operation of the robots
Make adjustments as needed

Ready to bring your best? **How You Will Make Contributions That Matter** * Prepare all bulk cheese for bagging**.** * Bag all cheese, smoke cheese as called for on a daily production plan. * Work in Brine area as assigned * Ensure correct vat is being released. * Responsible for ensuring brine paperwork is filled out accurately. * Pack cheese into boxes and bulk totes. * Make boxes. * Load cheese into packaging machine. * Check packages for correct code dates and labels. * Palletize all products. * Clean and sanitize all equipment and rooms. * Learn operation of the robots, make adjustments as needed. * Setup case erector and top sealer for boxes. **You Are Best Suited For The Role If You** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
