This Cheese Maker position is one where you will gain experience of the cheese-making process, supporting the quality of product being produced. Your responsibilities will span utilising computers to operate the machinery, tracking data and analysis of the cheese being made through our automated processes, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality products. Come and join our friendly cheese team today! **Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off, days and nights. 7 – 7** **YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…** * Operating cheese packing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production instruction. * Operating machinery to ensure recipes are followed to ensure the quality of the product being produced. * Being hands-on in the event of downtime/breakdown. * Maintain cheese quality by manually handling cheese at 20kg and manually boxing up to 50 tonnes at 10 tonnes an hour. * Undertaking process monitoring, keeping accurate records, and taking the necessary corrective action to maintain cheese line efficiencies and packaging quality. * Understanding the need for, and carrying out, hygiene and housekeeping requirements within the cheese department in accordance with relevant schedules and food safety requirements. * Identifying and communica
