Your responsibilities will span utilising computers to operate the machinery, tracking data and analysis of the cheese being made through our automated processes, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality products. Come and join our friendly cheese team today! **Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off, days and nights. 7 – 7** **YOU’LL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY…** * Operating cheese packing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and production instruction. * Operating machinery to ensure recipes are followed to ensure the quality of the product being produced. * Being hands-on in the event of downtime/breakdown. * Maintain cheese quality by manually handling cheese at 20kg and manually boxing up to 50 tonnes at 10 tonnes an hour. * Undertaking process monitoring, keeping accurate records, and taking the necessary corrective action to maintain cheese line efficiencies and packaging quality. * Understanding the need for, and carrying out, hygiene and housekeeping requirements within the cheese department in accordance with relevant schedules and food safety requirements. * Identifying and communica
