What You'll Do.

Managing the FS chat from initial greetings

Handling basic inquiries

Assisting in-house guest requests with Hotsos usage

Escalating or coordinating with relevant departments as needed

Sending alerts when appropriate

Monitoring all inquiries to ensure timely and proper handling

Closing chats once the conversation is complete

Handing over chats when further follow is required

Being the first point of contact for incoming FS chat with Initial Greetings within Four Seasons Time standards

Assisting guests inquiries with hotel information

product knowledge with the personalized support

Assisting the guest In-house requests and send the order through Hotsos

Inputting wake up call information in Opera and setting the alarm in phone

handing over to the next shift

Including other departments related to the guest inquiries and ensuring it is followed up in a timely manner

Alerting the department when needed

Updating Opera accordingly for chat alerts by guest updating the app or auto pre-arrival emails

Leaving an internal note or directly handing over when it needs to wait for guest response

Reporting any special attention required requests or guests to the Manager

Following emergency communication procedures through the chat with confidence and professionalism

Making a sharer reservation for next day arrival

according to the RES trace

Assisting in creating guest profiles in Golden according to standard and downloading them in PMS for Groups and Blocks with rooming list

Running the daily WRO report and assisting cleaning each booking with finding appropriate profile

inputting the RES comments
