What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Sales experience (high-ticket, luxury, or client-facing roles preferred), English communication skills, Ability to build trust and manage high-value client relationships, Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment, Experience using CRM systems, Experience using communication tools, Comfortable working EST hours with rotating availability
Nice to Have
Experience in private aviation or charter sales, Familiarity with Avinode or similar charter platforms, Knowledge of private jet categories and specifications, Knowledge of flight range and cabin configurations, Understanding of Part 135 operations, Familiarity with cryptocurrency transactions

Guide clients through the full booking process
Build and maintain relationships with high-value clients

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Support reporting and pipeline visibility
Work with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Participate in rotating schedules for extended coverage
