This is a **relationship-driven, high-ticket sales role** — not transactional sales. You will: * Handle inbound charter inquiries * Build relationships with high-net-worth clients * Create tailored flight solutions * Close deals while delivering a **white-glove experience** **If you’re confident selling premium services and managing high-value clients — this role is built for you.** ### **What You’ll Own** ### **1\. High-Ticket Sales & Deal Conversion** * Manage inbound charter inquiries * Convert qualified leads into closed deals * Recommend tailored flight solutions based on client needs * Maximize revenue while maintaining premium service standards ### **2\. Client Relationship Management (White-Glove Experience)** * Build long-term relationships with high-value clients * Deliver a seamless experience from inquiry → booking → post-flight * Ensure repeat business through exceptional service ### **3\. End-to-End Client Experience** * Guide clients through: * Aircraft selection * Pricing * Logistics * Provide proactive updates and communication * Ensure a smooth, luxury-level experience at every touchpoint ### **4\. Communication & Coordination** * Communicate across: * Slack * WhatsApp * Email & phone * Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution * Support 24/7 coverage via rotating schedules ### **5\.
