Must Have
Proven experience in sales, ideally within high-ticket, luxury, or client-facing environments where relationship management and consultative selling are essential., Verbal and written communication skills with a clear focus on relationship-building, trust development, and delivering a premium client experience., Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and problem-solving skills without close supervision., Comfortable managing calls and client inquiries on a rotating schedule, maintaining responsiveness and professionalism at all times., Familiarity with communication tools (e. g. , Slack, WhatsApp) and CRM software (e. g. , Salesforce), with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms., Knowledge of the private aviation industry, including Part 135 operations, charter platforms such as Avinode (or similar systems), cryptocurrency transaction fundamentals, and general familiarity with private jet models, specifications, cabin configurations, and flight range.
