Understand go to market strategy

Learn product inside and out

Master pricing and packaging

Support marketing outbound campaigns

Work charter conferences

Mine referral networks

Build relationships with stakeholders

Understand decision-making process

Enter information into Hubspot

Confirm contract information sync

Monitor TABS for invoice payment

Coordinate internal handoff

Introduce client to CSM

Join first kick-off call
