What You'll Do.
Accountable for the yearly Facility Management
Real Estate and Security Chargeback for Airbus Commercial
Define the Chargeback process incl. timeline and communicate to the main stakeholders
Ensure the delivery of a robust SQM Database
Calculate the appropriate €/SQM key based on the new Cost Base to charge
Calculate the Chargeback amount for each Function Receiver
Prepare the new detailed Communication pack
Communicate the pack to the Finance Community and ensure circularity in the frame of the OP exercise
Keep up-to-date the documents related to the Chargeback model
Be the focal point all year long for any questions related to Chargeback
Lead and contribute to various Improvement projects
Work on Business Cost drivers model
Improve the understanding of the Cost base evolution (for better prediction)
Propose any improvement action with regard to the Chargeback exercise

****Job Description:**** We are looking for a Chargeback Controller to join our team! Responsibilities - your mission The jobholder will be accountable for the yearly Facility Management, Real Estate and Security Chargeback for Airbus Commercial. He/she will: \- define the Chargeback process incl. timeline and communicate to the main stakeholders (HM Space Management, Central and Function Finance) \- ensure the delivery of a robust SQM Database from HM Space Management and the Real Estate teams \- calculate, for each site, the appropriate €/SQM key based on the new Cost Base to charge \- calculate the Chargeback amount for each Function Receiver \- prepare the new detailed Communication pack \- communicate the pack to the Finance Community and ensure circularity in the frame of the OP exercise \- keep up-to-date the documents related to the Chargeback model \- be the focal point all year long for any questions related to Chargeback The jobholder will lead and contribute to various Improvement projects.
