What You'll Do.

Process Chargeback/Tracing data

Monitor timeliness and accuracy

Verify end-user and distributor pricing

Manage complex accounts

Resolve system issues

Build relationships with distributors

Oversee distributors with deductions

Evaluate and reconcile disputes

Generate sales/metrics reports

Present findings and recommendations

Run and create queries

Recognize impact of changes

Interpret customer issues

Lead departmental training

Collaborate on product/pricing loads

Advise customers on electronic capabilities

Provide education on new distributor setup

Ensure understanding of issues

Participate on cross-functional teams

Make recommendations for solutions

Monitor customer inquiries

Respond to customer inquiries

Participate in system UAT

Provide constructive feedback

Demonstrate contract understanding
