As we expand our footprint in the Business information market, we are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to help us increase our sales pipeline and support our growth on the African market. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in our sales process by qualifying leads and conducting prospections to identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: * Deployment of Commercial Strategy : Design and implement an action plan aligned with objectives and macro/microeconomic trends. * Active Prospecting : Identify and engage new clients through calls, professional networks, events, and partnerships. * Needs Analysis : Understand local market expectations for commercial information and propose tailored solutions. * Promotion of BI Solutions : Highlight URBA360 and the Quality Label financial excellence certification as performance and trust drivers. * Monitoring & Reporting: Ensure achievement of objectives, negotiate and finalize contracts, and track customer satisfaction. * Competitive Intelligence : Analyze competitors’ actions to adjust strategy
