Nice to Have
Character performing is a plus, One to two years of supervisory experience, Bilingual is a plus, Experience in entertainment, performance, or hospitality roles, Knowledge of safety protocols for character performances and guest interactions, Demonstrates an enthusiastic, creative and passionate attitude for delivering exceptional guest experiences
What You'll Do.
Provide exceptional customer service

The Character Team Supervisor at Westgate Resorts will involve supervising character performers, acting as a liaison with leadership, and providing frequent updates and fresh ideas to enhance guest experiences. The role may also step into a costumed character role as needed, ensuring a warm, inviting, and magical atmosphere for all Guests, Owners, and Team Members.
