Industry & Context.
Costume fits individuals between 5'0" and 5'10" tall, Costume weighs up to 15 pounds., Ability to perform in varying weather conditions.
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Must be able to lift 15 pounds., Must be able to withstand exposure to wet and/or humid outside weather conditions.
Nice to Have
1-2 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service positions is a plus., Previous experience as a mascot, performer, or in an entertainment role is preferred.
What You'll Do.
Wear a mascot costume including head
Maintain character integrity by staying in character at all times
including non-verbal communication only.
Greet Guests and Owners warmly in the lobby during daily check-ins and interact with families and children throughout the resort.
Be available for photos and ensure a positive guest experience.
Attend and maintain an active presence at Westgate events
including Welcome Parties
and any on-property gatherings.

Visit key resort locations such as the Lobby
and other areas as needed.
Act as a “mascot handler” when needed to ensure safety and serve as a liaison between guests and the mascot.
Assist with lobby and sales floor greetings when the mascot is not in use.
Adhere to department training standards to ensure a seamless and consistent guest experience.
Perform other duties as assigned to support resort operations and guest engagement.
