The Chaplain is committed to achieving excellence in pastoral care, necessitating a genuine presence, empathy, and proficiency in navigating the spiritual complexities associated with illness, loss, and death. **Hours / Schedule:** Full Time; (40) hours / week **Minimum Qualifications:** * Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology (Bachelor of Divinity, Master of Divinity or equivalent theological degree). * Chaplain Pastoral Education (CPE) Units (Varies by State) * Licensed driver with automobile that is insured in accordance with organization requirements and is in good working order. * Must understand and follow company policies and procedures * Must be able to network with community clergy and congregations and present a professional image * Experience working with death and dying, individuals/family/caregiver * Ability to work as member of interdisciplinary group * Comfort in an interfaith setting * Ability to accept different lifestyles, cultures, beliefs, and values * Knowledge of and commitment to hospice philosophy of care * CPR Certification **Key Responsibilities:** * Assures spiritual assessment and spiritual care of patients a
