Full Job Description

## Description Spreetail propels brands to increase their ecommerce market share across the globe while improving their operational costs. Learn how we are building one of the fastest-growing ecommerce companies in history: www.spreetail.com.   We're looking for a Channel Performance Task Specialist to support the daily operations that keep our ecommerce channels running smoothly. You'll process order updates, cancellations, returns, and customer inquiries, maintain data accuracy, and complete assigned tasks efficiently while following established processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. ## How you will achieve success Performing data entry and order-level updates accurately and within expected handle times. Working assigned task queues to completion, meeting daily throughput expectations set by the Channels Performance Team. Supporting basic customer experience tasks such as responding to order inquiries, processing return requests, and flagging escalations. Utilizing basic Microsoft tools (Excel, Forms, Word) to complete and document task work as directed. Assisting with nonconforming operational tasks as assigned – e.g., resolving inventory feed errors, managing carrier claims, resolving order level pricing discrepancies. ## What experiences will help you in this role Basic navigation of Microsoft Suite applications, including Excel (data entry, simple filters, basic functions) and Word (document review and editing). Minimal ecommerce background or familiarity with how online orders, marketplaces, or channel platforms generally function. Accurate and efficient data entry skills with attention to detail. Minor customer experience background or comfort interacting with customer-facing order information, inquiries, or basic resolution tasks.
