What You'll Do.
Achieve annual safety
and productivity goals for
Resolve daily operational issues with delivery partners
Escalate issues to manager for decision support
Support planning and execution of process
Independently drive projects with manager support
Analyze delivery partner performance from operational and data
Report performance analysis to manager
Analyze issues and risks
Propose improvement plans
Support manager decision-making
Support delivery partners in safety
Contribute to business sustainable growth and stabilization
Participate in initiatives to improve delivery partner engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with the field
