**At ING we are looking for Channel Strategy Expert** **Your role and work environment** We are looking for a talented Channel Strategy Expert to join our investment advice team and play a key role in shaping the future of our advice service proposition. In this role, you will lead the growth and performance of an outsourced model of investment advisors by defining and evolving the channel and commercial strategy, while steering the external provider responsible for delivering the service. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strategic thinking, commercial acumen, customer understanding, and data-driven decision-making to shape a high-impact advice service and unlock sustainable business growth. You will join the Investments Advice Team as part of the broader Investment Area, working closely with stakeholders across product, sales, marketing, operations, compliance, data, and technology. This role offers broad exposure, strong collaboration across functions, and the opportunity to make a visible impact on both customer value and business performance. **Key responsibilities** As the owner of the channel and commercial strategy, you will lead initiatives that drive growth and excellence across the investment advice service. **1\. Define and lead the commercial strategy** Own the end-to-end commercial strategy for the advisory service, spanning client acquisition, activation, conversion, cross-selling, retention, and long-term value creation. **2\. Define and evolve the service model** Design and evolve the advisory service model by defining how different client segments are served, how advisory interactions are delivered, and how internal teams and the outsourced provider work together to support growth, customer value, and scalability. **3\.
