Serving as a trusted advisor and key account team member, the CSS collaborates with partners to understand customer goals, operational priorities, and support business growth. This role involves building relationships with multiple teams and BU’s, supporting extended teams, developing sales strategies, and increasing services penetration. It carries a quota, requires regular onsite partner engagement, and occasional travel. _**Responsibilities:**_ * Manage strategic partner and customer accounts, with a focus on CDW and key resellers. * Build and maintain relationships with partners, customer stakeholders, PBMs, and internal teams to drive growth. * Increase HPE Operational Services PRI (penetration rate) and attach services business through proactive engagement and portfolio enablement. * Provide training and education on HPE services offerings. * Collaborate with Sales Specialists and internal teams
