What You'll Do.
Manage strategic partner and customer accounts
Build and maintain relationships with partners
Increase HPE Operational Services PRI
Provide training and education on HPE services
Collaborate with Sales Specialists
Develop customer success and account plans
Review partner scorecards
Serve as a point of escalation
Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
Promote HPE Services value
Educate channel reps and partners
Drive partner adoption
Measure KPI effectiveness
Support partners in navigating HPE processes
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
collaborates with partners; building relationships with multiple teams and BU’s; supporting extended teams; Collaborate with Sales Specialists and internal teams; Collaboration across sales, product, support, and marketing functions
