What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–2 years in sales support, channel management, technical support/implementation, or customer service, Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), Proficiency in Google Workspace and AI tools, Familiarity with B2B sales processes and sales cycle management, Basic understanding of sales reporting and analytics
Nice to Have
Experience working with self-employed contractors, distributors, sellers, or channel partners
What You'll Do.
Act as main point of contact for Australian sales teams
Respond to inquiries within agreed SLA timeframes
Build and maintain working relationships with sales teams
Provide product knowledge
Provide technical guidance
Work with internal teams to resolve sales inefficiencies
Remove blockers for sales teams
Identify recurring problems and partner with management
Implement lasting solutions
Provide phone and face-to-face support
Maintain and update sales documentation
Process commission calculations for sales teams
Keep systems and information current
