10+ years’ experience in selling HVAC products, techno-commercial person, domain knowledge of VRF, Chiller systems & HVAC system design knowledge, knowledge of various cooling and heating solutions required by different market verticals/applications, knowledge of VRF and networked with VRF dealers, knowledge of Channel business KPI, operations and fulfillment

Expand sales network through Channel Partners and Distributors
Achieve high growth aligned to strategy in India markets
Business development and enabling capabilities of Channel Partners
Position YORK@Variable Water Flow system
Work in close collaboration with Distributor Design and Project Team
Achieve Annual Target of revenue and margin
Build network with Architects
Articulate market information and propose growth action plan
Engage with end user along with channel partners
Identify and work with ecosystem of solution partners
