What They're Looking For.

Must Have

7+ years in insurance, risk management, or related field (broker, carrier, captive manager), Demonstrated sales or business development experience, understanding of workers' comp, captives, and self-insured structures, Comfortable presenting to senior audiences and building executive relationships, Willingness to travel and work a startup pace

Nice to Have

Existing relationships with captive managers or major brokers, Experience selling safety or risk technology solutions, Early adopter mindset, excited by new technology and comfortable with ambiguity

What You'll Do.

Develop and manage relationships with captive managers and brokers

Identify and qualify opportunities within captive and broker accounts

Lead sales presentations and product demos

Own strategic account planning and pipeline development

Coordinate with internal teams on pilot deployments

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work alongside Director of Business Development; Coordinate with internal teams on pilot deployments and customer onboarding

Communication Scope

Comfortable presenting to senior audiences; building executive relationships
